Picture a young New Hampshire high school grad, full of dreams but staring down a mountain of college debt.

From the inception of 'No Grit, No Glory,' our mission has been to invest in the upcoming generations. As we grow, we plan to build out a mentoring program, where we can offer summer gigs or a shot at a full-on career in sandblasting, painting, or welding. They’ll learn gritty skills like how to strip a surface clean or weld a seam tight, plus real-world skills—teamwork, talking to clients, planning a job right, and keeping safety first. A 2023 study says the average college grad’s stuck with $32,731 in loans. We intend to change that dynamic.
